       日本东京与中国深圳－2008年1月28日－日本Toshiba公司（TSB）与中国方正集团旗下位于深圳的晶圆代工厂——方正微电子有限公司（FMI）共同发布了关于Toshiba入股FMI的投资合同、关于Toshiba转让其先进的BiCD技术予FMI的技术转让合同，FMI将利用该先进技术为全球BiCD代工客户提供代工服务。

　　方正微电子有限公司总裁兼首席执行官王贺光女士表示：“东芝公司在中国享誉盛名且广为业界认同。其BiCD技术位于世界尖端技术之林，且以BiCD为基础的产品普遍应用于日常生活中。我们非常高兴东芝能与我司分享其技术，来满足中国和世界市场对大电流大功率的半导体产品的需求。同时，我们也非常自豪东芝成为了我司的股东之一。我们期待与东芝密切合作，为双方公司打造一个双赢的未来。同时，我想借此机会欢迎国内外的设计公司和代工客户与我司联系洽谈，来为其提供以高性能的东芝BiCD技术为基础的晶圆代工服务。

　　东芝半导体株式会社大规模集成电路部门旗下的模拟电路系统工艺&CAD工程部的高级经理木村幸治先生表示：“我期待方正微电子与其母公司方正集团携手共进并取得成功。我们转移给方正的BiCD工艺是预期中国今后半导体市场最具发展力的工艺之一，方正微电子虽然是一个新企业，但它是一个基于当前市场并着眼于中国大陆发展前景而建立的具有周详事业计划的企业，它有着优秀的高层管理团队，我期待方正微电子能使用东芝的工艺并依靠自身的力量生产出产品。

　　Tokyo, Japan and Shenzhen, China – Jan 28th, 2008 – Toshiba Corp (TSB) and Founder Microelectronics Inc (FMI), a subsidiary of Founder Group of China and an open silicon foundry manufacturer based in Shenzhen, today jointly announced an investment agreement in which TSB will take equity position of FMI, as well as a technology transfer and licensing agreement in which Toshiba to transfer its advanced BiCD technology to FMI for serving FMI's BiCD foundry customers world-wide.

　　In her statement, Shenzhen-based Founder Microelectronics Inc. (FMI) President and CEO Ms HeGuang Wang said, “Toshiba is a well known and highly respected company here in China. 　　Mr. Koji Kimura, Senior Manager of Analog System LSI Process and CAD engineering Dept., System LSI Division, Toshiba’s Semiconductor Company, said “I expect from FMI with its parent company group, a synergy effect, resulting in a successful and efficient business. Our BiCD technology provided now to FMI is one of the promising technologies with respect to the current situation and the forecast of Chinese semiconductor market. FMI is a new company, however, FMI is based on the well-organized business plan derived from the current market situation and future perspective of mainland China. their top management of the technology is highly experienced, so I am expecting from them to implement our technology, to utilize it for business by themselves”.
